- Web Hosting Service. It comes with a 30 day money back period from the date of purchase. If the client desires to cancel the hosting service after this period has elapsed, then a pro-rated refund will be issued to the client
- VPS (Cloud/Virtual Private Server) Service. It comes with a 15 day money back period from the date of purchase. If the client desires to cancel the VPS after this period has elapsed, a minimum of 15 days of prior notice has to be provided. The service would be billed during that period and the remaining/balance amount (if any) would be accordingly refunded.
- Bare Metal Server. It comes with a 2 day money back period from the date of purchase. If the client desires to cancel the server after this period has elapsed, a minimum of 30 days of prior notice has to be provided. The service would be billed during that period and the remaining/balance amount (if any) would be accordingly refunded.
- Domain Names. A registered domain name ordinarily cannot be cancelled. The cancellation is dependent on the domain registrar's cancellation policy.
- SSL Certificates. Ordinarily SSL certificates cannot be cancelled (but can be revoked).. The cancellation is dependent on the SSL Certificate issuer's policy.
