- The enrollment to affiliate program is at the sole discretion of Pack Web Hosting Pvt. Ltd.
- The affilate product links or banner can only be used on those websites and communication which are in good repute. The affilate links/banner etc. cannot be used on spammy pages or spam emails or on/with any content which contravenes the laws of India or United States.
- The affilate links/banner etc. cannot be used on/with any content which contravenes our Authorized Usage Policy .
- The referrals or the usage of services by them, should not contravene our Authorized Usage Policy. Otherwise the concerned referral will be considered in-valid and any commission(s) earned due to those referral(s) shall stand cancelled.
- A commission will be considered valid if and only if the service linked to it continues for 60 days in good order without any outstanding dues.
- If the affiliate indulges in any malpractice(s) or any activity not consistent with the rightful conduct, or if we feel that the conduct of the affiliate is not as per what we deem as rightful conduct, the payout maybe put on hold indefinitely or may even be cancelled.
- The affiliate commission (if any) for a recurring service availed by our client, referred to us by the affiliate, would typically be for a maximum period of upto 5 years provided that particular service availed by your referred client is active and in good standing.
- If the affiliate client referral is not validated by the automated system, the word of the client will be paramount w.r.t. by whom was he referred by to us.
- The formula/methodology for calculation of affiliate commission may change anytime. The product(s)/service(s)/item(s) on which commission is offered can change from 0 (zero) commission to a amount, as deemed fit by us. These changes can be done by us without issuing any notice to the affiliate(s).
- A US/Intl affiliate would need to issue a valid business invoice with bank account details before the payout can be remitted to him/her. For an India based affiliate, only the back account details and an initial email where interest is expressed in the affiliate program is required.
- TDS or any sum may be deducted at the time of payout, as per the rules/regulations.
- The terms and conditions mentioned here, may change or new terms and conditions be added, without any notice. In anycase the affiliate account should conform to the prevalent terms and conditions on this page.
- All disputes are subject to Chandigarh (India) Jurisdiction only.
